Freezer Space Needed

As a general rule, 50 lbs. of meat will fit into 2.25 cubic feet of cooler/freezer space.

For a half beef you will need approximately 9 cubic feet of freezer space.

All of our beef, lamb, & pork is frozen.

There is a $100 deposit required on Whole or Half Lamb.
All weights are take-home weight. There are no additional processing fees.

Ground Lamb  $10.00 per pound  approx. 1# per pkg.
Lamb Chops  $16.00 per pound  each pkg. is a little less than a pound
Lamb Stew Meat  $11.00 per pound  approx. 1# per pkg.
Lamb Shoulder Steak  $12.00 per pound  approx.  1.0 - 1.25# per pkg.
Lamb Shoulder Roast  $ 9.00 per pound  approx. 4.6# per roast
Leg of Lamb (bone-in)  $10.00 per pound  approx.  5.3# per leg roast
Leg Steaks  $12.00 per pound  each pkg. is a little less than a pound

When comparing us to farmers who price by "hanging weight", our pork would be approximately $3.29/lb + processing
(depending on the pig)

Remember, our prices are take-home weight. There are no additional processing fees.
All Bechard Family Farm pigs are raised with non-GMO feed.
